One week from today we hit the field for the first time as a program. I look forward to getting to know all of you and helping you reach your goals.
A couple quick asks from me to you first:
1. Please be on the field at 345pm each day. This ensures we can start at 4pm sharp. We will end at 530pm.
2. If any of our team managers from last year are still attending Palmer please send me their names and contact information if you have it. Email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Make sure you are eating good food. Eat veggies! Eat protein! Stay away from sugar. Drink a gallon of water each day. Or to simplify this…listen to your Mom!
4. Get sleep. You will need it. We will be operating at an intense pace in order to prepare to bring our best each week in the fall.
