Terrors News · Spring Sports and Activities Canceled – Refund Information

Palmer Terror Families,

Thank you all for your support and patience through this time. Situations are still constantly changing. Our goal has always been and will always be to keep our students, staff, and families safe!

As you are well aware, D11 has gone to Digital learning and CHSAA has canceled the Spring Sports season. Due to these announcements we have processed refunds for Spring Sports and Activities. We are refunding the full amount you paid at registration, minus transaction fees. We were able to get into the building today to print checks and they were dropped off at the post office this evening.

Since we do not have access to the physical checks, credit card information, etc. the checks have been made out to the first parent/guardian listed in Planet HS, our registration system. We used the addresses provided in Planet HS and Q. If the checks are made out to the wrong person, we ask that you try to work it out within your family. But, if absolutely needed, you can mail that check back and we can reissue a new check. You should receive the refund checks sometime next week.

I have received several questions regarding uniform return, etc. Palmer High School is creating a plan to minimize the number of people that are at Palmer at one time and ensure people do not need to make several trips to the building. Once we have that detailed plan outlined, I will share that with you.

I know this is a hard time for all of us, especially our students. I hope you all know how much we love and care for each one of you. There are several resources available to help with food, classroom success, etc. If you need help connecting with those resources, please let me know.
